Return and Exchange Policy

"Customer satisfaction" is MySilkLove's brand philosophy. If you order something, and you don't like it, don't worry we got you covered with our friendly exchange/return policy.

For India Orders

  • Cancellation Policy
    1. If you have to cancel an order, you need do it within 24 hours from the date of the order. Send email to support@mysilklove.com for cancellation of the order, with order number mentioned in email.
    2. If you cancel the order within cancellation timeframe, we will refund you the entire amount. no questions asked. The refund is processed within 24 hours from the placing request. 
  • Return Policy
      1. If you think, you have received the package in an open condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@mysilklove.com mentioning your Order ID. We ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional shipping charges.
      2. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.
      3. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 3 days, you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame, refund would not be made, you will need to keep the product with you.
      4. Refund will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date/time it's delivered to our place. Rs.150 will be deducted per saree as restocking charges. 
      5. Delivery/return-shipping charges are non refundable.
      6. Apart from terms and conditions mentioned here on the website, the following products will NOT be eligible for return or replacement.
        1. Any product which is used by you
        2. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.
        3. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging or blouse stitching.
        4. If the product is customised for you.
        5. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 3 days of receiving the shipment.
        6. If the product is made to order.
      7. Already exchanged products are not returnable for second time. 
      8. Pure silk products are not returnable/exchangeable. 
      9. Lehengas are not exchangebale or returnable in any case. 
      10. Products sold in "Clearance Sale" or "using code CLEAR" are not returnable.
      11. Products with stitched blouse or fall/pico or edging or pleating / pre-draping are not returnable.
      12. No returns or exchanges are available for products bought in clearance sale,  'Buy 1 get 1 free' sale or  'Buy 2 get 1 free' sale or 'Buy 3 get 2 free' sale.
    • Exchange Policy
        1. You have to raise an exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product. 
        2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note MySilkLove will arrange for the pick up from your door step. If your area or address is un-serviceable for pickup, you will have to ship the product at your own cost using India Post or your preferred courier partner. 
        3. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging or blouse stitching done to it.
        4. Exchange will not be accepted if the product was customised for you.
        5. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount , we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be in your bank account. 
        6. Exchange of the already exchanged product is not possible for the second time. 
        7. Pure silk products are not exchangeable. 
        8. Lehengas are not exchangebale or returnable in any case. Only sarees and dresses/suits can be exchanged with other saree or dresses/suits. 
        9. Products sold in "Clearance Sale" or "Using code CLEAR" are not exchangeble.
        10. Products with stitched blouse or fall/pico or edging or pleating / pre-draping are not exchangeable.

        11. No returns or exchanges are available for products bought in clearance sale,  'Buy 1 get 1 free' sale or  'Buy 2 get 1 free' sale or 'Buy 3 get 2 free' sale.

      For Outside India Orders

      • Cancellation Policy
        1. If you have to cancel an order, you need do it within 24 hours from the date of ordering. Send email to support@mysilklove.com for cancellation of the order, with order number mentioned in email.
        2. If you cancel the order within the timeframe of 24 hours, we will refund you the entire amount. Refund will be given in 2-3 business days.
      • Return Policy
          1. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on support@mysilklove.com. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customers.
          2. Once we receive the product a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you send it back to us.
          3. The amount refunded to you would be only for the product. Shipping charges are non refundable. If there is any reverse import duty to be paid at India’s ports that will be deducted from your refund amount. 
          4. Refund will be processed in 2-3 days after receiving the product.
          5. Products sold in Clearance sale and end of season sale are not returnable.
          6. Products with stitched blouse or fall/pico or edging or pleating / pre-draping services are not  exchangeable.
          7. No returns or exchanges are available for products bought in clearance sale,    'Buy 1 get 1 free' sale or 'Buy 2 get 1 free' sale or 'Buy 3 get 2 free' sale.

          1. We don't support exchange policy for international orders.
