For India Orders

  • Cancellation Policy
    1. If you have to cancel an order, you need do it within 24 hours from the date of the order. Send email to support@mysilklove.com for cancellation of the order, with order number mentioned in email.
    2. If you cancel the order within cancellation timeframe, we will refund you the entire amount. no questions asked. The refund is processed within 24 hours from the placing request. 
  • Return Policy
      1. If you think, you have received the package in an open condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@mysilklove.com mentioning your Order ID. We ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional shipping charges.
      2. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.
      3. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 24 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame, refund would not be made, you will need to keep the product with you.
      4. Refund will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date/time it's delivered to our place. 
      5. Delivery/return-shipping charges are non refundable.
      6. Apart from terms and conditions mentioned here on the website, the following products will not be eligible for return or replacement.
        1. Any product which is used by you
        2. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.
        3. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging.
        4. If the product is customised for you.
        5. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
        6. If the product is made to order.
      7. Already exchanged products are not returnable for second time. 
      8. Pure silk and handloom products are not returnable/exchangeable. 
    • Exchange Policy
        1. You have to raise an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can send the return request email to support@mysilklove.com with order number mentioned in the email. 
        2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note MySilkLove will arrange for the pick up from your door step. If your area or address is un-serviceable for pickup, you will have to ship the product at your own cost using India Post or your preferred courier partner. 
        3. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it.
        4. Exchange will not be accepted if the product was customised for you.
        5. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount , we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be in your bank account. 
        6. Exchange of the already exchanged product is not possible for the second time. 
        7. Pure silk and Handloom products are not exchangeable. As our weavers don't accept return or exchange of the products. 

      For Outside India Orders

      • Return Policy
          1. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on support@mysilklove.com. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customers.
          2. Once we receive the product a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you send it back to us.
          3. The amount refunded to you would be only for the product. Shipping charges are non refundable. 
          4. Refund will be processed in 2-3 days after receiving the product.
